"Ad Blocker Ultra Plus" ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you ("you", "your") use our ad-blocker browser extension ("Extension"). By installing and using the Extension, you agree and confirm you have read and understood and accepted this policy.
This Privacy Policy further explains how we safeguard your Personal Data, how such data may be used or shared with others, and how you may exercise your rights related to your Personal Data, as required under applicable data protection laws.
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our Terms and Service. Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms.
1. Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, at our sole discretion. The most recent version of this Privacy Policy will always be posted on the website and the update date will be reflected in the "Last Updated" heading. We will provide notice to you if these changes are material, and, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. Any amendments to the Privacy Policy will become effective immediately, unless we notify otherwise. 2. Information We Collect
"Personal Data" means information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort or by reasonable means identify an individual. This may include online identifiers such as IP address, name, emails, etc., and other information that is associated with you. If we combine Personal Data with Non-Personal Data (meaning, information which does not identify a specific natural person and cannot reasonably be used for such identification), we will treat the combined data as Personal Data. Browsing data may include sensitive data, however, we have no intent or use of sensitive personal data.

2.1 Automatically Collected Information
When you interact with its content and features or use the Extension, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
- Usage Data: When you install and use the Extension, certain information regarding your access and use of the Extension is automatically collected. This information includes online identifiers associated or transmitted from your browser and device, such as Internet Protocol address (IP), an "installation" identifier, user agent, and similar unique online identifiers generated, tags, etc. and usage data, such as settings preferences, and frequency of use, including telemetry usage data, such as the time and duration of use, click stream, features used and how, and if errors occurred.
- Browsing: In order to provide the ad blocking features, provided through the installed Extension, we will collect "browsing data" which includes visited URLs, clicks, websites accessed, searched or browsed, the ads made available on those pages, your interaction with such page and the ads you have viewed or clicked or number of ads blocked using our Extension.
- Approximate Geo Location: We may collect your country based on the location we derived from your IP address.
- Blocked Content Data: Aggregated and anonymized statistics about ads and trackers blocked, including domains and content types.
2.2 Information You Provide
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as:
- Feedback and Support: Information you provide when contacting our support team or submitting feedback, such as communication with us, name, email address, phone number and country, etc.
Additional information provided, however, should not include any Personal Data in your services preference, such as:
- Whitelist Preferences: Websites you choose to whitelist or exclude from ad blocking.
- Custom Filters: Any custom blocking rules you create.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain the Extension: Operate core ad-blocking functionality, apply your preferences, ensure the Extension works properly across different websites and for Extension' functionality, operation, security and fraud prevention, debugging and to resolve errors and technical issues.
- To Improve Our Extension: Analyze usage patterns and statistics to enhance features, optimize performance, and develop new capabilities.
- To Personalize Your Experience: Remember your settings and preferences across browsing sessions.
- For Analytics and Research: Generate aggregated statistics to understand how users interact with the Extension and identify trends.
- For Security and Fraud Prevention: Detect and prevent malicious activities, abuse, and security vulnerabilities.
- To Communicate With You: Send important updates about the Extension, respond to support inquiries, provide technical assistance, or send you the information and materials you have requested.
- For Marketing our Extension: To promote, advertise and market our Extension. This includes targeted advertisements and measures effectiveness of our digital advertising campaigns.
- For Legal Compliance: Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
- For Internal Operations and Compliance: To have records of our communications, to improve our support and marketing efforts, and in the event we believe it is required to continue to store it, for example, to provide you with any further assistance (if applicable) or in the event we reasonably determine it is needed in order to comply with any regulatory requirement, or for handling and defending against any dispute you might have with us.
Please note that, in addition to the purposes set forth above, we may use certain Personal Data to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, fraud, misappropriation, infringements, identity thefts, and any other misuse of the Extension and to enforce our Terms, as well as to protect the security or integrity of our databases and the Extension, and to take precautions against legal liability. We will not collect additional categories of Personal Data or use the Personal Data for any purpose that is materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purpose without obtaining your consent unless we are required or permitted by applicable law.

6. Data Retention
We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, all in accordance with applicable laws, or until an individual expresses a preference to opt-out.
In certain circumstances, we will retain your Personal Data for longer periods of time and mainly:
- Where we are required to retain Personal Data in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting requirements;
- Where we deem retention is necessary to obtain an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges; or
- If we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your Personal Data.
Please note that except as required by applicable law, we may at our sole discretion, delete or amend information from our systems, without notice to you, once we deem it is no longer necessary for such purposes.

In any event, please keep in mind that opt-out tools are limited to the browser or device you use because they work off your browser ID and device ID and, accordingly, you will need to opt-out on each browser and device you use. We do not profile you in a manner that has a significant effect on you or other individuals, therefore we do not provide an opt-out option from such use of Personal Data.
- Right to appeal or lodge a complaint: If we decline to take action on your request, we will inform you without undue delay as required under applicable laws. The notification will include a justification for declining to take action and instructions on how you may appeal, if applicable. Within the timeframe set under applicable law as of our receipt of your appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to your appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. If the appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the applicable authority. Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the applicable Data Protection Authority in the EU or the Information Commissioner in the UK.
Exercising Your Rights

- Disable analytics and usage tracking
- Clear your browsing data and preferences
- Manage whitelist and filter lists
- Reset the Extension to default settings
At any time, you may uninstall the Extension at any time through your browser's extension management interface. Uninstalling will remove the Extension and stop all data collection.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our security measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Access controls and authentication mechanisms
- Regular security assessments and audits
